With over two decades of professional experience, he has been associated with reputed organizations such as Tata Steel, Tata Infomedia, and Jindal Group.

During his successful career, Mr. Singh has consistently delivered strong business results and achieved several recognitions for outstanding performance. One of his notable achievements includes being honored by the Managing Director and CEO for achieving 135% of the Annual Business Plan target through the development of new market segments that created significant value for the organization.

Mrs. Kavita Gadiraju serves as the Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Global Aluminium Pvt. Ltd., bringing extensive experience in HR strategy, operations, leadership development, and organizational transformation.

She has a strong academic background in Human Resources and Management. She has completed the Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from University of Madras and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com Hons) in Accounting and Management from Berhampur University.

She is also a Certified Life Coach from Symbiosis International, further strengthening her ability to guide leadership development, employee engagement, and personal effectiveness initiatives within the organization.
