Our state-of-the-Art Facilities.
We operate 2 advanced automated aluminium manufacturing units which produce high quality premium aluminium extrusion profiles, strategically located very close to each other at Kallakal Village of Medak district in the state of Telangana. The infrastructure in our high-efficiency aluminium production plants has been setup with most advanced technologically equipped machineries and 100% power back up facilities.
Unit - 1.
- Spread across 9 acres with a built-up area of 15,000 Sq. Meters
- 70% of area is allocated for greenery to maintain harmony with nature
- In-house Foundry, incorporated with modern melting furnaces and hot-top casting technology with a capacity of 900MT – 2000MT with 4 cutting-edge aluminium extrusion presses, to achieve highly refined close grained and oxide free logs for superior quality finish and uniform surfaces on the extruded profiles.
- Our plant have the capacity to cast small, medium and large size items with a capacity to produce both high & low volume orders.
Unit - 2.
- Spread across 30 acres with a built-up area of 20,000 Sq. Metres
- 80% of area is allocated for greenery
- 6 aluminium extrusion pressing machines with fully auto mated PLC control systems, with a consolidated plant capacity to produce 900MT – 3200MT.
- Our state-of-the art technology and well-equipped modern machinery brings value addition to the full cycle of Aluminium Extrusion metallurgy, surface treatment process and extrusion technology improvements, thus supplements to all the consumption needs.
- Online Surface Treatment: Sand Blasting, Anodizing, Powder Coating & Fabrication.
- Anodizing bath tanks for upto 25 microns coating with electrostatic coloring tank for different shades of colors.
- 9 Pre-treatment tanks with dryer for powder coating.
